Wild Dog are regularly sighting in peak dry winter season. Vumbura Plains Camp is split into two camps: Vumbura Plains (North) and Vumbura Plains (South), each offering just seven suites. Both Vumbura Plains Camps have their own dining, lounge and bar area, and are run individually, with activities also operating separately for each camp. The suites are linked via wooden platform walkways, also raised off the ground, to connect to the main camp living areas. The suites at Vumbura Plains have very large, spacious bedrooms featuring a writing desk, dressing area, lounge with a view of the plains, a ‘sala’ (outdoor sun deck with loungers and private plunge pool) and en suite facilities with two showers: one indoors and the other a romantic nature shower on your private outdoor deck.

Mombo camp has nine luxuriously furnished tented suites that are raised off the ground to offer views over the floodplains. The luxury tents have connecting walkways, up to two meters off the ground, allowing game to wander freely through the camp and allowing for guest safety, at the same time. Mombo's tents are spacious with en-suite facilities, featuring twin His & Hers showers and an additional nature outdoor shower. The main camp dining room and lounge areas overlook the plains and there is a main swimming pool for relaxing in the heat of the day.
